Primary Purpose of This Position

The Global Procurement Data Analyst is responsible for managing data from insertion into the database to its accessibility for users, whether in spreadsheets or dashboards. This role ensures the accuracy and quality of data used by the global procurement team.

Your Responsibilities

• Manipulate and integrate data from different sources and systems (SAP, JDEdwards, Coupa).
• Maintain the procurement database.
• Ensure accurate data is available to the global procurement team.
• Create data visualizations in QlikSense, PowerBI, or Excel.
• Generate databases using SQL queries.
• Develop ad-hoc reports and studies.
• Create dynamic views for internal customers using data storytelling.
• Participate in IT projects involving departmental data.
• Understand data input processes and their impact on systems.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Business Management, Category Management, or Supply Chain Management.
• Advanced/Fluent English (writing and speaking).
• Spanish is desirable.
• Proficiency in SQL querying.
• Experience with Snowflake.
• Knowledge of SAP-MM procurement tables and joins.
• Understanding of JDEdwards procurement tables and joins.
• Experience with SharePoint.
• Strong background in statistics.
• Experience with procurement processes (preferred).
• Coupa experience (preferred).
• Python knowledge (desirable).
