Job Summary

As the Global Real Estate Digital Platforms and Data Lead within the Chief Administrative Office, you will drive tech and data strategy, governance, real estate platforms, and innovations. This pivotal role will see you overseeing the Global Real Estate (GRE) technology platforms such as PMweb and Co-Star, setting the strategic direction for the GRE technology roadmap, and maintaining a service-oriented relationship with key leaders and stakeholders. You will lead both internal and external RE product teams, including system admins and data analysts, liaising with CAO and Technology partners to execute data governance strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the trusted advisor to the Global Real Estate Head, CFO, COO, and other stakeholders across GRE functions and global regions.
  • Drive a future state technology, governance, and operating model to close information/reporting gaps and provide necessary reference data transparency.
  • Set the vision for executing the technology roadmap and data infrastructure for GRE, working in partnership with GRE Technology and other business leaders.
  • Work with GRE stakeholders to leverage existing technology, drive automation, and promote scalable solutions.
  • Engage with senior GRE stakeholders to provide executive briefings on their technology portfolio health.
  • Drive progress and alignment with CAO Digital Experience and CAO Product & Portfolio Management objectives.
  • Define the organizational framework for centralizing functional system administration and support for GRE’s tech stack.
  • Leverage business and stakeholder feedback to refine real estate technology.
  • Partner with the GRE Finance Data Quality team to build quality assurance and data protection processes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to influence technology and policy decisions across the organization.
  • Propel meaningful innovation and guide the strategic technology roadmap for Global Real Estate.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in process re-engineering, project management, program implementation, or change management.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
  • Results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven project management skills with experience managing multiple projects/workstreams.
  • Highly analytical with experience in collecting and analyzing operational metrics.
  • Extensive experience in managing project teams and motivating team members.
  • Advanced client management skills with experience in partnering with senior managers and stakeholders.
  • Superior written and oral executive-level communication skills.
  • Flexible work style with strong teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the financial services industry, especially in an operations environment.
  • Knowledge of Real Estate industry and experience with Real Estate Technology platforms.
