The Globalization Team at Adobe is actively seeking a talented Globalization Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Machine Learning (ML). In this role, you'll advance the internationalization (i18n) and localization (l10n) efforts of Adobe Experience Cloud products by leveraging AI technologies. You'll also be involved in incorporating Generative AI features in Adobe’s localization workflows. We need someone who has a passion for different languages and cultures and the technical expertise to create globally accessible software. You'll be an integral part of a geographically distributed team spanning the United States, India, and Europe, requiring effective cross-cultural communication and collaboration.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $92,100 -- $166,200 annually. Actual pay within this range will depend on work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles, starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles have starting salaries expressed as base salary, and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). Additionally, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
