As a Graduate Data Analyst at Experian, you'll be positioned in one of our corporate functions and will be accountable (with guidance), for data examination and model generation to tackle diverse business difficulties. You will accomplish this by refining your programming abilities in frequently used industry-wide languages such as Python, R, SQL, or Scala to extract, process, and analyze data, helping to decipher this data by obtaining insights and trends. There may also be opportunities to develop modeling skills through the application of predictive modeling techniques.
The more you progress, the more you'll expand your understanding of our business and deepen your comprehension of data governance, data operations processes, data intelligence, implementation, and standardization or automation of analytic procedures.

You should have recently achieved or be on track to achieve a minimum 2:2 degree classification. Owing to the technical nature of the role, a Bachelor’s degree with a significant mathematical content (for instance, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research (O.R.), Economics, Physical Sciences, or Engineering) is encouraged.
Any familiarity with machine learning, computer programming (e.g., SAS, Python, or R), statistical methods, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is valuable but not essential for this role.
It's vital you're the sort of person who won’t back down when confronted with a complex issue. Proactiveness and curiosity will be your key allies in this role.
You must be graduating in 2024 or have graduated within the last three years (2021, 2022, or 2023 graduates).
While we have adopted a hybrid work-layout, this role is centered in Nottingham and requires the applicant to be available in the office for at least two days per week. Please apply only if this location is suitable for you.
