Team & Role Overview

The SCM Autonomation team is pivotal in building products, advanced data science capabilities, and analytical frameworks. The team manages processes end-to-end to ensure world-class solutions for product availability (measured as Instock) while maintaining optimal business costs (measured as Scrap and/or Inventory Turn). This role specifically involves developing products for Fresh-Grocery, the fastest-growing category in global e-commerce, which includes low-shelf-life SKUs that add another layer of complexity.

What You Will Do

As a Group Product Manager (SCM Autonomation), you will:

  • Define product vision and roadmap for SCM products related to inventory planning and vendor supply design stack
  • Develop products for Fresh (grocery) and innovate features for fast-growing supply chain needs
  • Establish a product features prioritization approach and manage multiple projects
  • Define product success metrics, build hypotheses, and conduct POCs before scaling features
  • Benchmark current products and SCM processes against industry best practices
  • Define cross-functional programs involving product features and manage end-to-end launches
  • Improve data quality, visibility, and transparency
  • Collaborate with other product owners for a seamless customer experience

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 8-12 years of experience in Product Management within the SCM domain
  • Proven experience in launching high-impact features/programs in inventory, supply, or demand management
  • Analytical thinker who excels in a fast-paced, data-driven, and entrepreneurial environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
  • Strong business judgment and effective communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce, startups, or retail/FMCG companies
  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or MBA
  • Experience in supply chain or planning domains
  • Exposure to R or Python
