Job Description
Responsibility:
- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements
- Automate manual processes, optimize data delivery
- Maintain existing data sources against data quality issues
- Design, develop and sustain a data quality assurance framework
- Perform data analysis and deliver data supporting category experts along the Source to Contract (S2C) process (including contract lifecycle management, market analysis, preparation, and execution of tenders)
- Develop KPI dashboards to steer business performance
- Support buyers (CoQ order management in SAP, contract maintenance, updates, setting up RFI, RFQ, CoQ)
Competencies & Qualifications:
- Professional experience in data engineering or related roles
- Understanding and knowledge of the supply chain area, including purchasing and logistics
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and drive results
- Advanced data analysis and Microsoft Office skills
- Experience working in a digital environment (using sourcing tools, databases, etc.)
- University degree
- Business-level English; German would be a plus
- Effective listening and communication (both verbal and written) skills with stakeholders at various hierarchy levels
- Intercultural competencies
- Knowledge of VBA and PowerBI would be advantageous
- Experience in generating and maintaining data pipelines from various data sources
- Experience in business intelligence and/or data analytics
