Senior HC Data Analyst Job Opportunity at Leidos

Join Leidos as a Senior HC Data Analyst and play a crucial role in designing and building innovative surveys for ODNI. Utilize platforms like LimeSurvey to create enterprise-wide, pulse, and process surveys. Provide superior survey design and troubleshooting support to IC partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Normalize, standardize, and integrate disparate raw data sets.
• Analyze and validate data using statistical methodologies such as R analysis and SPSS.
• Offer data analytics support for surveys and enterprise data calls to identify significant trends and insights.
• Communicate complex technical or analytic findings clearly via graphical, verbal, and written formats.
• Utilize analytical and visualization software such as Tableau for IC workforce planning.
• Leverage natural language processing platforms and AI/ML algorithms.
• Engage with Communities of Practice and IC partners on data initiatives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across ODNI and 18 IC agencies, providing excellent customer service.

Basic Qualifications

• BS degree with 12-15 years of prior relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 10-13 years of relevant experience. A Doctorate in a technical domain may also be considered.
• TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in workforce analytics.
• Expertise in workforce planning and/or mobility tracking.
• Proficiency in process automation.
• Familiarity with federal agency budget-making processes.
• Knowledge of database design and engineering.
• Familiarity with system administration.
