What You Will Do:

As a pivotal leader within Wayfair, you will:

• Identify investment opportunities: Evaluate and pinpoint new areas for investment in the constantly evolving field of ML/AI, ensuring the effective allocation of resources.

• Shape executive decisions: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on major initiatives, guiding strategic decision-making processes.
• Coach and lead: Mentor and support a team of product managers, fostering an environment of growth and development, while also being prepared to directly contribute when needed.

What You Need:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Over 10 years of product management experience in agile environments.
• At least 5 years managing multiple teams, ideally in AI/ML/Data Science contexts.
• Proven ability to navigate complex business challenges and deliver impactful technological solutions.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for turning data into strategic insights.
• Strong leadership and consensus-building abilities, with a record of influencing high-level stakeholders.
