Job Description

-Represent Talent Acquisition in all forums/ seminars related to process, compliance, and audit
-Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management
-Instill a culture of CI, implement CI projects and innovation within the team
-Drive Data analysis to test key business hypotheses, develop complex visualisations, self-service tools, and dashboards for recurring business queries and measurements
-Experience in handling quick business requests, leading partner communication and addressing business queries holistically
-Ability to choose the right tools and techniques to solve the problem
-Ensure that the analysis, tools/ dashboards are developed with technical rigor up to Tesco's standards
-Experience in handling large data-systems and datasets
-Extensive experience in handling high-volume, time-critical business requests
-Ability to develop production-ready visualisation solutions and automated reports
-Contribute to developing knowledge assets and reusable modules on GitHub/Wiki
-Understand business needs and have an in-depth understanding of Tesco processes
-Mentor team members, guide daily work and projects to meet performance metrics
-Come up with new insights and analysis to support business priorities and problem-solving

Qualifications

4-7 years of experience in relevant field preferred; Proven track record of handling ad-hoc analysis; developing dashboards and visualisations
Experience in analysis work within Retail domain and Finance function area
Advanced Excel; Advanced VBA; Logical Reasoning, Strong Verbal and Written Communication
Advanced SQL writing; Teradata Tools (Fastload; BTEQ; Fast Export); SQL Server
Knowledge of Tableau and data visualisation
Strong Automation skills in using Alteryx/python
