Job Opportunity: Head of Data

We are seeking a talented Head of Data to join our fast-growing team. With over 8000 integrated companies, we are on a data-driven journey to become the leading provider of compensation data. You will play a crucial role in driving our data product development, data quality, and product data science strategies.

  • Provide strategic and technical direction to advance our Market Data strategy
  • Ensure innovation, scalability, and a deep understanding of compensation trends

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated creativity, analytical skills, and technical depth
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities
  • 10+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years leading teams
  • Proven support for various business functions with data science and analytics
  • Experience in early product development and managing trade-offs
  • Expertise in Data Science, statistical modeling, and machine learning

Salary Range: $263,500—$350,000 USD

We aim to target the 75th percentile of the market for both cash and equity at each job level. Our compensation increases are merit-based, evaluated during biannual performance cycles, ensuring high performers are rewarded above the market average.
