We are seeking a talented Head of Data to join our fast-growing team. With over 8000 integrated companies, we are on a data-driven journey to become the leading provider of compensation data. You will play a crucial role in driving our data product development, data quality, and product data science strategies.

Salary Range: $263,500—$350,000 USD

Our compensation increases are merit-based, evaluated during biannual performance cycles, ensuring high performers are rewarded above the market average.
