Role Overview: Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics

As the Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics, you will spearhead our analytical endeavors within the Marketing division. Your role involves close collaboration with senior leadership to harness data in shaping ambitious goals and driving significant business outcomes. You will nurture and lead a team dedicated to transforming our marketing strategies through innovative analytical practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance the analytics powering a robust, performance-oriented marketing agenda.
  • Set the standard for applying rigorous marketing metrics and testing methodologies.
  • Influence key decisions by integrating marketing and analytical perspectives.
  • Collaborate across teams to enhance our marketing analysis systems.
  • Mentor and expand a team of top-tier marketing data scientists.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in analytics with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • A proven track record in driving analytics for growth and performance-based marketing.
  • Proficiency in experimental design and statistical analysis.
  • Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
