The Digital Solutions team at ICF International is at the forefront of addressing critical global health challenges. Engage in impactful work with the Digital Global Goods, Data Exchange, and Interoperability (DATIM) portfolio under the prestigious U.S. President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) program.

We are currently looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Health Data Analyst to enhance decision-making capabilities through advanced quantitative analysis and innovative GIS support.

Job Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will:

• Initiate and define new analytic queries to expand data analytics capabilities.
• Perform triangulations with diverse data sources to deepen data context.
• Develop and refine data analysis processes, including geospatial analyses tailored to specific needs.
• Engage with multiple stakeholders to collect, document, and understand data analytics requirements.
• Identify and resolve challenges to enhance data collection, processing, and utilization.
• Transform and clean data to create insightful analyses and presentations for various audiences.
• Facilitate strategic discussions to improve data-driven decision-making.
• Travel up to 20% to meet project demands.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, health informatics, data science, statistics, epidemiology, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in writing complex data analytic codes using tools like R, Python, SAS, and SQL.
• Proficient with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI and ESRI Geographic Information Systems.
• Practical experience with USAID-funded projects, including data analysis and monitoring for programmatic decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in data analysis specifically with PEPFAR data streams.
• Advanced skills in data visualization and familiarity with USAID’s digital health initiatives.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for the Health Data Analyst position is $79,643 to $135,392, dependent on qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health care, paid time off, educational assistance, and more.
