About You
Experience, skills, education, and accomplishments
- A Bachelor's degree in English, communications, journalism, or related fields, with proven academic excellence
- Relative work experience in research/writing or market research
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Fluency in English grammar and spelling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage time, and multiple projects under limited supervision

- At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, clinical care, or healthcare quality
- A Bachelor's degree in a healthcare field
- A minimum of 3 years of relative work experience

What will your role involve?
- Primary and Secondary Research- Study growing and changing trends within the provider industry, including evolving regulatory requirements
- Primary and Secondary Research - Carry out polls, surveys, and first-person interviews with hospital leaders and industry experts to gather key findings
- Primary and Secondary Research - Undertake secondary research to unearth literature, perspectives, and significant insights applicable to the provider-client base, and deliver informed commentary on trends
- Written Analysis - Collect, shortlist, and critically review information to provide qualitative and quantitative analysis for U.S. hospitals and health systems
- Written Analysis - Consolidate research and data— accurately and critically interpreting sources— to determine implications for healthcare providers and patient experience
- Written Analysis - Draft thoughtful, well-structured articles, reports, and presentations as well as create deliverables and emails on key industry adjustments and regulatory changes
- Client Support - Regularly interact with clients to comprehend their needs, provide targeted information and solutions, and use feedback to enhance research products
- Client Support - Conduct custom research on behalf of clients and keep them informed of the progress
About the team
This is an expanding team within the Healthcare Business Insights research team. We provide support to healthcare leaders across 1,900 hospitals and healthcare systems, from supervisory to executive levels. The team comprises individuals from across the U.S. and India.

This full-time permanent role is based in Bangalore, India.
