About the Role:

Contra is on the lookout for a skilled and innovative AI Engineer. The ideal candidate will boast a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science, coupled with a passion for designing and implementing AI-driven solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop, deploy, and maintain AI models and algorithms addressing business challenges and enhancing products. As an AI Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to work independently on pioneering AI projects.

What You’ll Deliver:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI algorithms to tackle real-world challenges.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights, train models, and boost predictive accuracy.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain AI systems to ensure reliability and effective production operations.
• Research and experiment with new AI tools, frameworks, and technologies to augment existing systems.
• Conduct model validation, testing, and performance analysis to assure high-quality deliverables.
• Document AI processes, techniques, and model outcomes for team dissemination.
• Stay updated with advancements in AI, machine learning, deep learning, and data science to ensure Contra's solutions remain cutting-edge.
