About The Position

As Commercial Counsel EMEA, you will manage a high volume of contract negotiations with customers and vendors in the EMEA region, supporting our global Commercial Legal team. This role is pivotal for the continuing expansion of Globalization Partners across the EMEA region and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and negotiate a high volume of contracts, including master services, consulting, license, and vendor agreements, predominantly in English.
• Advise on contractual rights, obligations, and risks.
• Deliver training sessions to the Sales team and other internal departments.
• Utilize the company’s contract management system to manage lifecycle requirements and alert internal clients to key contract dates and actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations through diligent contract analysis and revision.
• Engage in other contract-related activities and legal projects as needed.
• Conduct corporate, compliance, and legal research.
• Coordinate and drive the completion of commercial projects and various other legal team initiatives.

What We Are Looking For:

• Active license to practice law.
• 4-6 years of experience in commercial law, including contract negotiation and administration.
• Preferably, experience working with global sales teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with contracts management software.
• Proactive, team-oriented, and sales-focused work ethic.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels, including senior management.
• Strong legal judgment, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Superior organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to explore new legal areas and jurisdictions.
• Adept at providing clear guidance on complex and sensitive issues, with a keen sense of commercial risk.
