As a critical member of our U.S. Client Marketing team, the Lifecycle Marketing Manager will deepen client relationships by delivering diverse marketing services. This position involves supporting clients at various engagement stages, collaborating with internal and external teams to drive B2C and B2B marketing programs, ultimately aiming to grow client businesses and boost incremental revenue.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Client Marketing leadership to pinpoint business development opportunities, crafting strategic proposals, project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop scalable marketing templates to enhance speed to market and ensure consistency across teams.
  • Leverage past projects to create standardized marketing materials, including PowerPoint presentations.
  • Utilize data and industry tools to formulate marketing recommendations and present insights to clients.
  • Manage the delivery of marketing projects from start to finish, prioritizing tasks across multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Implement Proprietary Consumer Marketing platforms and sponsorship assets where suitable.
  • Oversee third-party partners contributing to creative and strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects with teams in analytics, technology, sales, product development, and marketing.
  • Innovate solutions to enhance client engagements and resolve challenges effectively.
  • Handle ad hoc requests from key stakeholders, including senior leadership and clients.
  • Assist in budget forecasting and contract management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience in the financial services sector, covering direct response, performance marketing, advertising, or consulting.
  • Proven success as a lifecycle marketing strategist, adept at leading advisory engagements for consumers or small businesses.
  • Experience in data-driven marketing strategies, including segmentation, targeting, multi-channel delivery, and insights.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering strategic thought leadership.
  • Ability to drive business development and create effective sell-in materials.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with consulting, marketing, decision science, product, legal, compliance, and sales teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of experience, mainly in B2C and B2B product or payments marketing, go-to-market strategy, market research, or payments consulting.
  • Expertise in designing and executing multichannel marketing engagements, including acquisition and lifecycle marketing, research, and digital/media campaigns.
  • Ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong client relationship management and subject matter expertise.
  • Excellent analytical skills, capable of transforming data into actionable marketing insights.

The pay range for this role is $55-$70 per hour, with actual compensation based on experience, skills, certifications, training, and location.
