JeffreyM Consulting is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Partner Marketing Project Manager to join our client's Global Partner Solutions Partner Marketing GTM team. This role focuses on providing program and project management support for global partner marketing managers, ensuring seamless execution of partner benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner Enablement

  • Manage SharePoint creation and maintenance for internal partner-facing hubs.
  • Produce WinWires from submitted content and publish them into MSX Content (Seismic).
  • Review partner co-branded collateral to ensure compliance with guidelines.
  • Research and respond to partner marketing inquiries.

Programs Management

  • Manage concierge partner benefits enrollment lists.
  • Handle social impact and diverse business certification attestations and requests.
  • Oversee Partner Advisory Council (PAC) NDA attestation and vetting process.
  • Coordinate Partner Success Stories submissions.
  • Evaluate Partner of the Year Awards (PotYA) submissions.

Digital Sales Tools

  • Act as the subject matter expert for digital sales tools, including the Content Hub-Partner Marketing Center (PMC), Digital Marketing Content OnDemand (DMC), and the GTM Toolbox.

Partner Marketing Campaign Project Management

  • Manage end-to-end campaign uploads and QA/QC processes for both English and localized content with a target error rate below 5%.
  • Collaborate with the Through Partner Marketing team on campaign structure.
  • Complete and validate intake forms for submission to the Global Demand Center (GDC).
  • Conduct QA/QC before publishing campaign URLs and localized folders.
  • Prepare reports to track campaign upload status, QA/QC, and audits.
  • Develop processes to ensure minimal error rates in campaign uploads.

Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Customer Solution Areas (CSAs) and GTM plans.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as DMC and PMC.
  • Skilled in Microsoft 365 apps and familiarity with SharePoint.
  • Experience in marketing campaign planning, copywriting, and editing.
  • Proven initiative and self-direction capabilities.
  • Background in project management fundamentals and tech industry experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
