A Day in the Life

As a Performance Social Strategist, you will develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for clients across various industries. Responsibilities include creating unique brand voices, managing influencer relationships, and overseeing all facets of social media content creation and execution. You'll be part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment, staying ahead of industry trends to deliver innovative and impactful campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
  • Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem within your department.
  • Social Strategy Development: Craft and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Influencer Programming Strategy & Production: Lead influencer campaigns through identifying talent, negotiating terms, and managing deliverables.
  • Performance Influencer Production: Manage end-to-end influencer collaborations for performance-based campaigns, optimizing client ROI.
  • Boosted Post Management: Drive engagement and follower growth through strategically boosted posts.
  • Commerce Optimization: Manage and optimize social commerce initiatives on platforms like TikTok and Meta.
  • Data-driven Reporting and Analytics: Provide insightful reports showcasing campaign performance and forecasting future trends.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align on client objectives and resource leveraging.
  • Client Communication: Maintain clear and regular communication with clients, offering performance insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Continuous Learning and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates to improve influencer campaigns.

Role Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in social media, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Industry Expertise: Keeping up with social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
  • Client Variety: Proven ability to manage social media strategies across various industries.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Capable of analyzing data and making data-driven decisions.
  • Commerce Management Experience: Experience with social commerce initiatives on platforms like TikTok and Meta.
  • Performance Influencer Management: Expertise in managing influencer campaigns for performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in Ads Manager Platforms: Familiarity with Ads Manager tools across Meta and TikTok.
  • Autonomous Workflow Capability: Self-motivated and able to work independently.
