Job Description
We seek a passionate QA Engineer to enhance our software testing processes through both manual and automated methods. As a QA Engineer, you will have the chance to learn and work with the Playwright automation framework, making our testing procedures more efficient and reliable. Your responsibilities will include identifying, documenting, and reporting bugs or issues.

Your mission in this role is to ensure the functionality and reliability of our products, applications, and systems.
What You Will Do:
- Master system specifications thoroughly.
- Collaborate closely with Software Test Engineers to develop innovative test strategies and plans, focusing on automation.
- Assist in designing and implementing automated test cases using Playwright, enhancing traditional testing methods.
- Review product code to ensure it meets the specified criteria.
- Create logs to track and analyze testing phases for ongoing improvement.
- Communicate bugs and errors to development teams with an emphasis on automated solutions.
- Participate in troubleshooting utilizing automation tools and techniques.
- Conduct post-release/implementation testing with a focus on automation.
- Collaborate with various teams to promote quality and efficiency throughout the software development process via automation.
In the First Six Months, You'll:
- Gain an in-depth understanding of our systems, reimagining testing requirements with a focus on automation.
- Establish a robust testing strategy to enhance product quality.
- Identify and document numerous bugs and errors, contributing to and revolutionizing our software refinement process with automated solutions.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
- At least two years of experience or a strong interest in a QA Tester role, with a focus on learning and growing skills in automation.
- Basic knowledge of or willingness to learn automation tools like the Playwright framework.
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors accurately.
- Interest in automated regression testing and a desire to develop expertise in this area.
- Familiarity with or eagerness to learn about test management software (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).
- Good communication skills, with an openness to learning how to advocate for automated testing solutions.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to develop analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in an automated testing environment.
- Strong organizational skills and curiosity about innovation in automation.
Nice to Have:
- Basic understanding or interest in AI and machine learning tools for enhancing test automation, predictive analysis, and defect analytics.
- Willingness to learn how to use AI-driven tools for test data generation to ensure comprehensive and effective test coverage.
- A curious and innovative mindset with a strong interest in applying AI and machine learning techniques to improve and streamline testing processes.
