The Role

As a Senior Account Manager at Zeta Global, you will be at the forefront of our strategic enterprise-client partnerships. You will ensure campaign performance goals are met and drive account growth through deterministic digital advertising programs. Collaborating closely with Account Directors and Client Development partners, you will play a vital role in the success of Zeta's enterprise partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for all campaign requests and client communications, including creative changes, pacing reports, performance assessments, and campaign recommendations.
  • Quickly gain a thorough understanding of Zeta's core offerings, campaign analyses, and competitive advantages.
  • Manage all aspects of campaign management, including custom creative buildouts, data handling, and thorough documentation.
  • Coordinate project timelines with internal teams to meet client objectives.
  • Lead weekly client status meetings and manage project documentation to track deliverables.
  • Ensure clear communication and accountability with both internal and external teams.
  • Monitor internal and third-party reports for campaign pacing, performance, and budgets.
  • Work with internal teams to provide feedback and campaign analysis, including optimization suggestions.
  • Advise clients on campaign strategies to generate scalable performance results.
  • Partner with Zeta Analytics and Client Development teams to prepare post-campaign analysis reports.
  • Manage client campaigns to meet and exceed performance expectations, ensuring strong, long-lasting relationships with advertisers.
  • Oversee the complete campaign lifecycle, from initiation to completion.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in online advertising in an Account Management or client-facing Project Management role.
  • Ability to hold yourself and teammates accountable to mutual goals.
  • Proven ability to develop and nurture relationships, influencing all levels of decision-making.
  • A "go-getter" attitude with a willingness to tackle challenges.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for media, data, and a deep understanding of the digital advertising industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent presentation skills with comfort using PowerPoint.
  • Outstanding communication and persuasive writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently while being receptive to guidance and direction.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Compensation Range

The compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $100,000, depending on location and experience.
