Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop well-tested, scalable services in Go that help our customers send timely and relevant messages at scale.
- Contribute your unique perspective to shape the next generation of features and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with tech support to address operational issues and help customers achieve their goals.
- Engage actively with a supportive team focusing on personal and professional growth.
- Mentor colleagues through code reviews, pair programming, and training to enhance collective knowledge and practices.
Your Qualifications
- Located in North/South American time zones.
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record in delivering scalable, distributed applications on cloud infrastructure using Golang.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience working with customers and delivering timely solutions to their problems.
- Strong understanding of scalability issues and experience with performant distributed applications.
- Comfortable working in UNIX environments and using modern development practices.
- Experience with RDB systems, preferably MySQL.
- Ability to deliver high-quality solutions swiftly and independently.
- Experience with remote work and distributed companies is preferred.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive starting salary of $160,000 - $184,000 USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and market rates.
