Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager
In this remote position, the Senior Marketing Manager will lead and support marketing campaigns and program development from inception to completion, aligning with annual marketing and sales plans and corporate priorities. The individual will collaborate with the sales team to foster engagement, education, and follow-up on marketing activities. Additionally, the role involves working with the Product team and external SMEs, including partners, to execute campaign activities across various channels, such as websites and social media.
Responsibilities
- Marketing Campaign Management: Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with overall business objectives to generate MQLs and opportunities. Use marketing dashboards to measure and report campaign performance to stakeholders.
- Social and Digital Advertising: Manage and optimize social media advertising (both organic and paid), Google marketing, SEO, and content marketing to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
- Buyer Journey Marketing: Develop marketing content that supports each stage of the buyer's journey, creating differentiated campaigns from competitors.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, partner, and product teams to manage marketing projects and align with priorities. Engage with partners to jointly develop or collaborate on marketing activities and campaigns.
- Marketing Collateral and Content Development: Create top-of-funnel content and collateral for Incorta and its partners to boost product education, partnership value, and brand growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5+ years of general marketing experience, with additional partner marketing experience preferred
- Deep understanding of multi-channel marketing and campaign programs aligned to the buyer's journey and the Incorta sales cycle
- Experience working with an integrated marketing team across functions such as demand generation, customer engagement, content, and analytics
- Proven success in developing activities aligned with campaigns, leading program execution, and supporting corporate initiatives
- Direct experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
- Experience in a startup environment, especially for a SaaS or similar company
- Strong communication skills for engaging with sales teams, customers, partners, and senior management
- Excellent organizational, time, and project management abilities
- Enthusiastic, independent worker with a collaborative spirit
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global organization
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and feedback for insights and reporting
- Familiarity or hands-on experience with Google Analytics and LinkedIn
- Experience with WordPress is a bonus
