The Role

MVFactory is seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to spearhead AI-driven projects remotely. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic insight, and exceptional project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Project Initiation and Alignment:
  • Facilitate workshops to define project scope, align expectations, and establish product roadmap.
  • Communicate clear product vision and mission, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Product Management and Delivery:
  • Detail the product roadmap into epics, user stories, and functional/non-functional requirements.
  • Onboard development teams with clear guidance on project goals.
  • Monitor project progress to stay aligned with scope, budget, and timeline.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work with UX/UI designers to optimize user experience.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate solutions.
  • Ensure cohesive problem-solving across teams.
• Client Interaction and Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as the primary client liaison, managing expectations and clarity on project goals.
  • Develop and present AI-focused project proposals.
  • Provide regular project status updates and manage scope changes.
• Methodologies and Continuous Improvement:
  • Implement agile methodologies to manage workflows.
  • Gather client and user feedback to refine products continuously.
• Leadership and Mentorship:
  • Mentor mid-level and junior product managers, fostering continuous learning.
  • Promote product management best practices within the organization.
• Workshops and Facilitation:
  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align team efforts.
  • Utilize frameworks to engage stakeholders effectively.

Your Profile

• 7+ years of product management experience in consultancy or agency settings, focusing on AI projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of AI technologies, including familiarity with large language models (LLMs).
• Proven track record in client management and project delivery.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts into business solutions.
• Experience with agile methodologies and adaptable project management approaches.
• Innovative, entrepreneurial mindset focused on solving business problems creatively.
