Role Overview: Senior Project Manager

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing Operations, the Senior Project Manager will lead multiple projects and programs, drive process adoption, and prioritize Marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management of multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize projects based on strategic goals, resource availability, and business impact.
• Enable cross-functional teams to deliver results by providing clear direction, resources, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and repeatable processes to scale project management capabilities.
• Manage workload prioritization to ensure alignment with goals.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and be the frontline for Marketing communications.
• Implement best practices to improve project management processes, tools, and methodologies.

Success Metrics

• Proactive problem-solving and strong communication leading to fewer escalated tickets and past-due tasks.
• Create resources to enable team efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Report on team ROI, resource allocation, and progress towards goals.
• Leverage automation and AI to reduce unnecessary workload on teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements throughout project lifecycles.

Candidate Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in marketing.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects from start to finish on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
• Expertise in Asana and proficiency in other project management tools like Jira and Smartsheets.
• SaaS experience is a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $108,700 - $141,350, part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Pay varies based on experience, location, internal equity, and relevant factors. We review compensation regularly to ensure fairness.
