Job Description: Sponsorship Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Sponsorship Sales Manager to lead our initiatives in securing strategic partnerships and sponsorships. This role is crucial for elevating our expos' value propositions and driving significant revenue growth. You will be responsible for building strong alliances with businesses, brands, and industry leaders to ensure the successful execution and expansion of our events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sponsorship strategy to attract diverse sponsors and exhibitors in the blockchain industry.
  • Design tailored exhibition spaces and booth solutions for exhibitors.
  • Identify and research potential sponsors, exhibitors, and collaborators.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in potential sponsor organizations.
  • Create compelling, customized sponsorship proposals highlighting benefits like brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Ensure seamless activation and execution of sponsorship agreements for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Events, and PR teams to align sponsorship initiatives with overall marketing strategies.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to build relationships with potential sponsors and partners.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5 years of hands-on experience in exhibition sponsorship and space selling.
  • Experience with international Crypto/Blockchain exhibitions and conferences.
  • Proven track record of achieving high-revenue targets in the global market.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
