We are looking for a confident and experienced Technical Product Manager (TPM) to join our innovative team. As a TPM at Function Health, you will collaborate with product and engineering teams to create scalable, robust, and secure solutions that provide real-time health data access to our members.
Your role will be critical in shaping the future of our systems as we scale from tens of thousands to millions of members. This position demands meticulous attention to detail, self-motivation, resourcefulness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Cross-Domain Clarity: Bridge the knowledge gap across engineering, design, marketing, and operations, ensuring clear communication and direction.
- Direct Collaboration: Work closely with engineering leadership and teams to drive high-impact projects.
- Technical Problem-Solving: Lead the resolution of technical challenges, either by providing solutions or equipping engineers with the necessary insights.
- Project Ownership: Manage key projects spanning data engineering, third-party API integrations, UI/UX enhancements, and mobile app development.
