Netflix is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) for Developer Enablement within the Platform Engineering organization. The role focuses on creating and driving platform-wide or domain-based programs that span multiple engineering and product teams. Candidates should possess extensive knowledge and experience in developer education operations and ecosystems, including Time to Productivity and training personas.
This role involves creating vision, strategy, and action plans for the developer education dashboard, content library, and ecosystem within Platform Engineering. This is a highly visible and cross-functional role that requires establishing and promoting technical thought leadership across all engineering organizations at Netflix.
Ideal candidates will have experience in Developer Education, DevOps, or EngOps, leading complex cross-team and cross-organization programs to successful conclusions.
