Job Description:

Join our team as a Data Analyst/Data Modeler and play a pivotal role in understanding and translating business needs into actionable data-driven solutions. Your tasks will include:

• Collaborating with Business Analysts and various teams to grasp business requirements.
• Creating detailed source-to-target mappings that define business names, data quality rules, and transformation logic.
• Designing and maintaining data models, generating data dictionaries and DDL in ER Studio.
• Utilizing SQL for data querying and research within our sophisticated data platforms.
• Gaining a deep understanding of the Insurance sector, including Clinical Data, Claims, Enrollment, Provider, etc.
• Applying best practices in Data Governance, Data Quality, and Data Integration standards.
• Working with various healthcare data formats such as X12, HL7, NCPDP, etc., and familiarizing yourself with major Industry Data Models.
• Handling NoSQL data stores like MongoDB, Neo4J, Cassandra, Redis, etc.
• Managing Data Warehouse, Data Marts, and Metadata management processes and tools.
