As a pivotal member of the M&A Team, your role will involve supporting the full lifecycle of integration, managing critical employee data during transactions, and ensuring its seamless transfer to our primary HR systems. Your expertise will help foster organizational connectivity and advance our objectives of improving team efficiency, scalability, and data security.

Who We Are Looking For:

You bring a robust background of at least 5+ years in data management, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Your ability to analyze data critically, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and communicate effectively with all levels of leadership will make you an ideal candidate. A Bachelor’s degree is required to qualify for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in HR data management, client-facing roles within consultancy or professional services, and familiarity with advanced tools such as Smartsheet, Python, SQL, and Workday are highly advantageous. Additional skills in Artificial Intelligence or Data Science will set your application apart.

Salary & Compensation:

The compensation range for this HR Data Analyst role is between $54,000 to $123,000 annually, reflecting a combination of your educational background, experience, and specific job requirements. This role is benefits-eligible and includes options for health, life, disability, and retirement contributions.
