We are hiring on a permanent contract in Toulouse, a HR Data Analyst to meet the evolving needs reported by internal teams.

Job Description

The Data Analyst role is attached to the HR Data Prospective Strategy Analysis pole of the Group and more specifically to the team responsible for the exploitation and analysis HR data.

On a daily basis, you will be responsible for producing analyses based on the Group's HR data. You will ensure an end-to-end process to achieve this, which is as follows:

• Translate a business question into a computer and statistical solution
• Identify and evaluate the relevant data sources in the field. Retrieve and prepare the data. Evaluate and guarantee the quality and relevance of the data models used for the field
• Carry out data analyses including the visualization of data and results, in service of a problem.
• Communicate with the relevant bodies, develop action recommendations, optimization proposals, value creation. Propose and industrialize processes for the production of recurrent deliverables useful for the activity
• Optimize the use of data in compliance with the legal and regulatory context
• Propose developments on existing or potential data reservoirs, data enrichments, to identify new leverages for value creation

Qualifications

You have graduated from an Engineering School or hold a Master's degree (Bac+5).

• Your concern for customer satisfaction guides you in your analytical approach and in the care of returning your analyses in a format that facilitates their appropriation and impact.
• You are autonomous to find the keys to the solutions to the problems posed.
• You master a set of skills that combines computer language, data analysis techniques, and data visualization tools: confirmed skills in SAS, possibly the GCP environment and associated tools, Power BI, BI4, Qliksense
• You know how to handle data while paying attention to data security.
• Knowledge of the data environment of the HR domains would be a plus.
