Job Description
Your Contribution to Something Big!
- Lead and oversee master data changes and new data entry requirements of employee data into HR Core.
- Drive the update and execution of mass HR administration processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Administer HR-related documentation, including contracts of employment, medical certificates, letters, and more.
- Manage all administrative activities within the employee life cycle, including onboarding, leaver movements, salary adjustments, promotions, and personal data changes.
- Consistently review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure completeness and accuracy, implementing improvements where necessary.
- Identify opportunities to enhance services and processes, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and automation.
- Lead the input of all data related to finalizing leaver cases and new hires after payroll cutoff.
- Develop and implement process automation initiatives to streamline HR processes, reduce manual tasks, and increase operational efficiency.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to support HR decision-making.
Qualifications
What Bosch Malaysia is Looking For:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in HR operations or a similar role.
- Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Well-versed in SAP HR Core Module.
- Deep knowledge of Malaysian Employment Law.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros).
- Proven experience in process automation and improvement, with a track record of implementing successful initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and resourceful with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: 1-year fixed term contract with potential to evolve into a permanent role based on demonstrated success and alignment with our long-term goals.
