Position Summary: HR Data Specialist

The HR Data Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our Workday Human Capital Management System. This position is central to our operations in India, ensuring precision in data entry concerning new hires, job changes, and absence records. You will be actively involved in foundational data maintenance and play a strategic role in supporting our HR Capability Center's effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and maintain employee and job-related data across multiple internal platforms.
  • Process and review new hire information and employment changes promptly and accurately.
  • Manage and update our Workday HCM with accurate employee data to support payroll, benefits, and compliance processes.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects and contribute to process enhancements and integrity of HR data.
  • Participate in ongoing learning opportunities to improve process knowledge and personal skill set.

Desired Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field or minimum 1 year of experience with HRIS/HCM systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with Workday.
  • Effective communication skills and detail-oriented approach.
  • Experience in HR Shared Services or multi-cultural/multi-country environments preferred.
  • Language proficiency in multiple languages is an added advantage.
