Key Responsibilities
As an HSE Data Analyst, you will:
- Provide statistical services and maintain internal reporting systems related to HSE
- Carry out safety and health data analysis, trend reporting, and HSE report generation
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards
- Ensure compliance with KION Group HSE Standards across all units and sites
- Prepare regulatory, compliance documents, and internal communications such as safety alerts and memos
- Manage the HSE website and associated knowledge banks
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in similar operations
- Iso 14001 and ISO 45001 knowledge is advantageous
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Power BI, SharePoint Online, and familiarity with HSE management software like GenSuite or Quentic
- Advanced data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, macros, lookups)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively across all KION operating units worldwide
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Business fluency in English and Czech; elementary German is a plus
