About the Position

We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Data Analyst to join our Operational Infrastructure and Major Projects HSC team in Melbourne CBD. Reporting to the General Manager HSE Infrastructure, the ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive knowledge of Health, Safety, and Wellbeing, and will be tasked with developing and maintaining high-quality reports, data, and information in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine internal data collection for dashboards and reports, including monthly updates and presentations.
• Analyze data from multiple sources, identify discrepancies, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Create standardized reporting and analysis templates.
• Work collaboratively with the national Infrastructure and Major Projects team to manage deliverables.
• Support the analysis of stakeholder data through both automated and manual methods.
• Prepare various documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with John Holland’s policies and procedures.
• Manage projects effectively and maintain clear communication to meet deadlines.

Desired Qualifications:

• Advanced Diploma in Work Health and Safety or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the industry.
• Proficiency in managing safety databases and data analysis.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
