This role is crucial for overseeing and enhancing the lifecycle management of HR data to deliver a top-notch employee experience partnered with seamless operations.

About the Role

The Data Management Operations Lead is a pivotal role designed to direct, transform, and align operations with our newly developed target operating model. This position is ideal for candidates with a robust background in managing large operational teams and who are adept at improving processes while maintaining a strong risk and control environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders in Product, Operations, Technology, and Service sectors on both local and global scales.
  • Develop and maintain optimal control environments to ensure continuous efficacy.
  • Work in partnership with Technology and Product teams to strategize and implement advanced process enhancements, including AI/ML integration.
  • Manage end-to-end Data and Benefit Operations processes with a focus on quality assurance and operational excellence.
  • Develop leadership skills within the team to prepare future leaders.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related business, technical, or quantitative field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in operations management, preferably within a multinational organization.
  • Proven capability in leading diverse and extensive teams.
  • Extensive knowledge in operational model implementation and data management.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to depict complex data in an understandable format.
  • A history of managing large-scale enterprise projects effectively.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality results within stringent deadlines.
