Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in data analytics, data science, statistics, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience in building dashboards, data collection/transformation, and visualizations.
- Skilled in scripting or programming languages such as Python.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
- Experienced in modeling, experimentation, and causal inference.
- Background in Trust and Safety, Intelligence, or policy-related roles.
As a member of Google's Trust & Safety team, you will be pivotal in identifying and tackling significant challenges that affect the safety and integrity of our platforms, such as Google Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. You will employ your technical acumen, exceptional problem-solving capabilities, user insight, and proactive communication to safeguard our users and partners.
In this role, you will act as a strategic, big-picture thinker who is passionate about upholding what’s right. Working globally and cross-functionally with engineers and product managers, you will tackle abuse and fraud swiftly and decisively. This role not only contributes to fostering trust in Google’s products but also ensures the highest levels of user safety.

On the Intel AI and Automation team, you will spearhead transformative approaches by integrating AI and automation to convert insights into impactful actions.
- Utilize SQL to develop robust, scalable scripts and workflows that automate data processes, enhancing team impact.
- Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams, converting complex Trust and Safety Intelligence demands into actionable data solution requirements.
- Define standardized methods for data analysis applicable to various topics, promoting consistency and operational efficiency.
- Independently identify issues and forge extensive solutions collaboratively within the team.
- Transform raw data into compelling visual reports, presenting key findings and actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization.
The base salary range for this full-time position in the US is $108,000-$158,000, complemented by a bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, with individual pay adjusted based on work location and several other factors, including job-related skills, experience, and educational background.
