As an Intern - CS Ops Data Analyst, you are expected to possess a solid foundation in database management, advanced coding, and Excel macros to effectively structure and manage data.

Job Description

Join our Operations Excellence team and play a crucial role in:

• Establishing goals with data scientists and management teams.
• Gathering and organizing data from both primary and secondary sources.
• Cleaning data to eliminate irrelevant information.
• Applying statistical tools to analyze and interpret results.
• Identifying trends and patterns within datasets.
• Discovering new process improvement opportunities and developing predictive regression models.
• Planning and managing events while ensuring timely project delivery.
• Supporting the team in organizing promotional activities.

Education & Experience Requirements

Applicants should be actively pursuing a Master's degree and have previous internship experience.

Skills Required

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power family applications: Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate.
• Effective engagement and project management skills.
• Experience with statistical packages like Excel, SPSS, SAS for data analysis.
• Exceptional analytical abilities with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
