About The Role: The CrowdStrike Global Sales Excellence Internship Program is looking for a Sales Excellence Data Quality Intern. The intern will work with the Sales Leadership on data-centered projects, taking charge of Data Quality, Data Reporting, and other sales data needs. To excel in the internship, the intern will need a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, the ability to research, and a hard-working attitude. You will gain corporate experience in partnership with stakeholders and teams, data quality analysis, data improvement, and reporting arrangements. The project scale and scope will vary - some will last months and have an impact on senior executives, and others will take minutes and affect frontline sales representatives. Interns will occasionally be required to attend our office in Austin, TX for training and meetings. The position will be part-time during the school year starting in mid-late November/early December. What You'll Do: - Assist Sales and Sales Operations teams to prepare data sets for use in Business Intelligence (BI) and data science applications. - Identify and correct data discrepancies, mistakes, and inconsistencies within the CRM. - Collaborate in the implementation of data cleaning processes to enhance data quality. - Maintain globally standardized data sets and dashboards. - Assist with Ad Hoc requests from Sales teams, ranging from directing teams to useful data sets to creating DOMO cards for specified views. What You'll Need: - Available for at least 15 hours per week, maximum 20 hours per week, based on University semester obligations. - Working towards an undergraduate degree in Data, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or another analytical field with a core emphasis on data work. - Financial and business acumen with experience working with large data sets. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Apps (Word/Doc and Excel/Sheets are key tools). - A self-starter, able to operate in a fast-paced environment. - High motivation, attention to detail, strong team contributor; able to work independently and across functions. - Able to handle multiple tasks, accept new responsibilities, and prioritize work in a dynamic, deadline-intensive environment. - Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Comfort with using Business Intelligence and visualization tools such as DOMO and Tableau. - Knowledge of Salesforce and Clari.
