Responsibilities

• Ownership of customer-related administration, including using portals, customer feeds, and back-order management
• Providing accurate and timely quotations to customers
• Building excellent customer relationships
• Communicating with customers via telephone
• Providing product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions
• Ensuring TD SYNNEX maintains service level agreements with customers
• Selling the benefits of using TD SYNNEX
• Achieving monthly/quarterly revenue and margin targets
• Supporting the sales function to achieve agreed KPIs as requested by the line manager

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong attention to detail
• Process-driven and results-oriented
• Excellent telephone manner
• Strives to achieve set targets
• Effective communication skills
• Good at building relationships
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with IT systems for quotation, order entry, and CRM is ideal
