Job Title: International Sales Development Representative (Fluent in Thai)

Location: Singapore

Role Overview

The International Sales Development Representative will provide pre-sales support, reach out to prospects, qualify them, and pass interested prospects to the sales teams. Responsibilities include researching potential customers, connecting with and educating prospects on our product offerings, and qualifying leads before passing them to direct sales teams. This role will focus on turning leads into qualified opportunities by collaborating with marketing and sales to execute lead generation campaigns. Tracking all relevant qualification and lead management activities in Salesforce.com is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out via phone and/or email to cold prospects and generate interest in KnowBe4's products
  • Develop and execute a strong prospecting plan, including email and call scripts
  • Gauge the interest of prospects to qualify them as potential customers
  • Follow up on Information Qualified Leads (IQL) by contacting them, generating interest in a KnowBe4 demo, and identifying key contacts for the sales team
  • Pass leads to the Enterprise or SMB sales team based on company size
  • Provide detailed information to ENT and SMB reps to enable highly qualified and productive demos
  • Map global customer accounts, identifying key contacts in each region
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approaches
  • Maintain accurate activity and lead qualification information in Salesforce.com to ensure successful sales cycle follow-through

Minimum Qualifications

  • Previous SDR experience
  • Familiarity with IT Security is a plus
  • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in Thai
  • Strong computer skills
  • Friendly phone demeanor
  • Persistent and determined, as it may take multiple attempts to reach a prospect
  • Ability to leave engaging messages
  • Highly organized and results-oriented
