Key Responsibilities: Description of Duties: 1. Assist with the extraction of sales and marketing data for reports Own and analyze customer voice chat data Refresh Tableau Dashboards Analyze key KPIs, metrics and flag stakeholders Requirements: Qualities we seek in our candidates: Communication Skills Understanding of E-commerce- a Plus Proficiency in Tableau or Visualization tools- a Huge Plus Ability to manage Stakeholders Basic Excel skills Problem-solving abilities Ability to take Ownership
