About the Opportunity

As an IT Advisor, Technology Consulting - Data & Analytics (Data Science) Manager, you will be at the forefront of transforming business processes through data science and analytics. This role involves managing a diverse team and delivering cutting-edge solutions that help clients navigate complex data challenges.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing predictive models and data-driven strategies to enhance business performance.
• Leading projects that encompass data gathering, modeling, and analysis, facilitating data-driven decision making across various client organizations.
• Managing and mentoring a global team of data scientists and engineers, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.
• Engaging with clients to present findings and strategic insights that bolster their data capabilities.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Operations Research, or similar.
• At least 5 years of related post-baccalaureate experience, or 4 years with a Master’s degree.
• Proven expertise in professional services or consulting, backed by hands-on experience in data science and analytics.
• Strong technical proficiency in at least two of the following areas: R, Python, SQL, SAS, big data technologies, and data engineering.
• Experience managing professional teams in a data science context.

Travel will be required up to 80% of the time, including potential international travel.
