What You’ll Do: Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, testing, deploying, and maintaining stable, secure, and scalable integration solutions and pipelines to support data and analytics projects, which includes integrating new and existing raw and enterprise application data sources. You'll also configure and establish the infrastructure needed for optimal data storage, extraction, transformation, loading, and retrieval from various data sources. Furthermore, you'll assemble large, complex data sets based on business requirements. You'll also identify and implement internal process improvements, including automating manual procedures, optimizing data delivery, redesigning infrastructure for improved scalability, and tuning existing data objects for performance. You will also work with different support and development teams to address data-related technical issues and assist with their data infrastructure needs. What You’ll Need: To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) from a four-year college or university, and 3 to 5 years of experience in a data-specific role. You should be an expert in Microsoft SQL Server environments (SQL Skills, Database Server Administration, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) and Azure SQL. You need to have demonstrated experience in creating objects, performance tuning, query optimization, and troubleshooting scalability issues within Microsoft SQL Server or Azure SQL Server. A solid knowledge of ETL pipelines and processes including experience with Python and Powershell scripting is necessary. You should also be experienced with data lake and data warehouse architecture and efficient at handling data. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Azure Synapse and experience with master data management and data governance processes and programs would be advantageous. Where You’ll Work: Our headquarters is located in Chesterfield in St. Louis County. However, some positions will be remote until we decide to return to the office, while other roles will remain office-based. Full-time remote employees will continue to work remotely.
