Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Data Analyst to ensure the efficient handling and management of data in our logistics department. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our data systems to support the operational excellence of JD.com, the leading online retailer and logistics company in China.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure strict adherence to our management systems by accurately processing data for receiving, sending, and returning records daily.
• Handle the transmission and categorization of various documents and reports.
• Provide timely and precise inventory data.
• Execute warehouse-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to facilitate seamless warehouse operations.
• Manage the reception, storage, inventory check, and reconciliation of materials daily in the warehouse.
• Maintain systematic storage and archiving of relevant documents.
• Conduct warehouse data statistics, archiving, accounting, and input into system databases.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the department head.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above.
• Strong proficiency in office software and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese Mandarin and English.
• Exceptional attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
