Job Location: Lisbon, Portugal - Hybrid Role

What You'll Do as a Jr. Data Analyst

As part of the Revenue Operations Organization at Cloudflare, you'll work under the Director of Solutions & Services. In this high-visibility role, you'll lead major projects that influence the future of our company.

Your key responsibilities will include generating insightful data reports, constructing dynamic dashboards, and refining our data processes. By working closely with teams across different departments such as Customer Success, Professional Services, and more, you will use data analysis to identify growth areas, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create comprehensive reports and dynamic dashboards to support Customer Success and other teams.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to discover efficient process improvements.
• Enhance and maintain data-driven frameworks to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze trends and patterns to formulate strategic recommendations for business optimization.
• Implement solutions to bolster business growth and operational effectiveness.
• Manage reporting on key performance indicators to evaluate various strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and data platforms such as BigQuery, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
• Understanding of Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
