Role Overview: Junior Data Analyst Position

Join our dynamic team as a Junior Data Analyst and spearhead the analysis of consumer trends and market opportunities. Enhance our brand positioning by providing actionable insights while working closely with Brand Managers. Your role will involve analyzing performance metrics, effectively allocating marketing budgets, and adjusting strategies based on KPIs. With your innovative solutions and analytical prowess, help us stay ahead by anticipating consumer needs and adapting to market trends. This position is offered through a Temp Agency contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data from various sources to uncover consumer trends and strategize on brand initiatives.
• Assist Brand Managers in optimizing budget allocations and evaluating performance across different touchpoints.
• Analyze market and competitor data to identify challenges and opportunities, collaborating with the CI Manager on diagnostics.
• Monitor campaign performances against KPIs and suggest real-time modifications.
• Utilize statistical tools to aggregate data, creating visual data interpretations for easier decision-making processes.
• Track and report on key performance indicators, providing ad-hoc reports as needed.
• Pursue new data sources to refine brand strategies and meet established KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related field, Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Data Analytics.
• Prior experience in the alcoholic beverage or FMCG industry is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; adept at managing multiple projects.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong English communication skills, additional languages are a plus.
