The challenges: - Collaborate with developers to design, develop and implement new Chatbots for Sinch customers. - Create intuitive and user-friendly conversational flows. - Recommend enhancements to existing chatbots to improve the user experience. - Write neat, maintainable, and well-documented code. - Collaborate with the Sinch team to develop new features and improve existing ones. - Participate in code reviews and guarantee the quality of the produced code. - Continually stay informed on the latest trends and technologies in chatbot development. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 1+ years of experience in chatbot development. - Proficient in JavaScript and NodeJS. - Familiarity with chatbot frameworks like Botpress, Botkit, or Rasa. - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. - Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP). - Experience with RESTful APIs.
