Job Description Junior Client Data Analyst Mission of the role The purpose of the role is to prepare and provide marketing reports to external clients, in accordance with pre-established methodology, deadlines and quality. You will: - Prepare marketing reports, based on the pre-entered data by going through various stages in the process - Communicate with local and global stakeholders on all issues, related to the preparation and transmission of the reports, as well as respond to any operational inquiries that may arise - Monitor reports’ quality, eliminate errors and malfunctions in the transmission process - Assist the teams responsible for the data-entry phase, in case of identified problems affecting the data - Submit the finalized reports in strict compliance with the agreed deadlines You have: - University degree in Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Data Management or another related area - Very good level of English - B2 - Administrative experience will be considered an advantage - Ability to work with deadlines and set goals - Attention to details and a high level of time management skills - Very good communication skills - Good computer literacy - work with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Benefits: - Exciting work environment that brings people together - Use of the latest digital technologies - Initial and ongoing trainings to support your development - Opportunities for personal and professional growth - Competitive remuneration and bonus scheme linked to individual performance and company results - Flexible working hours and hybrid working model combining working from home with fixed office collaboration days on a weekly basis - 3 additional non-working days annually - Food vouchers - Health insurance - Discount program with external vendors - Eco friendly travelers are welcome to the office – parking places for bikers and free card for public transportation are available to all employees - Last but not least – GfK Sofia office is located close to the city centre and easily accessible from any point by public transportation – 47A Tsarisgradsko Shose Blvd All documents will be treated in the strictest confidentiality.
