Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze complex datasets to generate meaningful and actionable insights.
• Utilize statistical and analytical techniques to identify trends and study patterns that inform business decisions and recommend operational changes.
• Conduct analyses to improve efficiency, understand customer requirements, and boost profitability.
• Develop processes, tools, and checklists to monitor data model performance and accuracy.
• Deliver scalable, repeatable, and automated analytical insights.
• Collaborate with all operational functions to identify key performance indicators in manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, planning, and scheduling.
• Develop and publish meaningful metrics and reports to drive action towards business goals and objectives.
• Present reports to key internal stakeholders and communicate the steps taken to create the outputs effectively.
• Work with global business teams to understand problems and design scalable solutions.
• Ensure solutions adhere to current standards and best practices in collaboration with Global Technology.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and build new skills in data engineering, platforms, and tools.

Basic Qualifications:

• BS in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, Economics, or related field with 0-3 years of relevant engineering experience OR Advanced Degree in Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics with 1+ years of relevant experience.
• 1+ years as a Data Analyst with a strong track record in designing and implementing data analytics solutions.
• Experience in predictive modeling.
• Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, MapReduce, Spark, or other Big Data platforms.
• Experience working in cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills capable of cultivating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven experience in fostering collaboration and driving alignment across diverse teams.
• Self-starter with high levels of intellectual curiosity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Aerospace & Defense processes, from design to manufacturing to after-sales support.
• Proficiency in building dashboards and navigating data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense.
• Broad understanding of gas turbine engine fundamentals and associated components.
• Knowledge of Data Governance, Architecture, and Platforms.
• A strong learner comfortable with learning new libraries and frameworks.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
