The Role: Junior Data Analyst

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in our data team, reporting directly to our Manager of Data Analytics & Asset Performance Management. Your efforts will focus on enhancing efficiency and facilitating informed business decisions through data-driven insights. This involves close collaboration with a broad spectrum of stakeholders to foster creative and automated solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and optimize data-driven dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau and Looker.
- Analyze vast datasets to spot patterns, trends, and other significant insights.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business needs.
- Identify and develop automated solutions that align with our business goals.
- Employ data analytics to solve complex business challenges.

Who You Are

As an aspiring Junior Data Analyst, you should be:

• A Bachelor of Science graduate in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
• Fluent in English, with proficiency in both written and spoken forms.
• Skilled in programming languages like Python and SQL; knowledge of predictive analytics and data visualization tools is a plus.
• Curious, collaborative, and an excellent communicator.
